Welcome to Professional Speaking Academy Fukuoka ("Academy," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://infinirex.pro/ (the "Site") and the services we provide, including interview coaching, public speaking training, presentation skills development, and personal communication consultations (collectively, the "Services").

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your goals and recommend appropriate Services. This consultation does not obligate you to purchase Services.
Our Services are personalized based on client needs. Specific content, duration, and deliverables will be agreed upon before service commencement.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes to existing clients.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us via email or phone. A booking is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation.
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to coach unavailability, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative scheduling or appropriate compensation.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, that session will be considered used and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Service fees will be communicated during the consultation process and confirmed in writing before service commencement. All prices are in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified.
Payment is required before service delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept the following payment methods:
Payments not received by the due date may result in suspension of Services until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes related to Services received.
We do not charge any hidden fees. All costs will be clearly communicated before you commit to Services.

Our Services focus on communication skills development, not medical or psychological treatment. Clients with mental health concerns should consult appropriate healthcare professionals.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Materials provided as part of your Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
