3. Free Consultation Policy
We offer a free initial consultation to all prospective clients. This consultation allows you to:

- Determine if our services are the right fit for your needs
- Receive a customized service recommendation

4. Refund Eligibility and Timeline
4.1 Multi-Session Packages
For clients who purchase multi-session coaching packages:

4.2 Single Session Services
For individual session bookings:
- Before the session: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
- 24-48 hours before: 50% refund available
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund available
- After the session: No refunds available once the session has been conducted
4.3 Specialized Programs
For comprehensive programs (Interview Excellence Program, Public Speaking Mastery, etc.):
- Before program start: 100% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the program start date
- 7-14 days before start: 50% refund available
- Less than 7 days before start: 25% refund available
- After program begins: Pro-rata refund for uncompleted sessions minus 30% administrative fee (available within first 20% of program duration only)
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
5.1 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be provided for that session. The session will be considered used.
5.2 Client-Initiated Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before single sessions or less than 48 hours before multi-session appointments are not eligible for refunds.
5.3 Service Completion
Once 30% or more of a multi-session package has been completed, no refunds will be provided for the remaining sessions.
5.4 Violation of Terms
If your access to services is terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, harassment of staff, or fraudulent activity, no refund will be provided.
5.5 Change of Mind After Service Delivery
Once a service has been delivered (session completed), refunds based solely on change of mind are not available.
5.6 External Factors
Refunds are not provided for circumstances outside our control, such as:
- Your inability to attend sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts
- Technical issues on your end (internet connectivity, device problems)
- Employment outcomes that don't meet your expectations
- Third-party decisions (hiring managers, audiences, etc.)
6. Rescheduling vs. Refunds
Preferred Option: We strongly encourage rescheduling over cancellation whenever possible. Rescheduling allows you to receive the full value of services you've purchased.
6.1 Rescheduling Policy
- 24+ hours notice: Free rescheduling, no penalties
- Less than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling may be available at our discretion, subject to availability
- Multiple reschedules: Clients may reschedule up to 3 times per session without penalty
6.2 Validity Period
Multi-session packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sessions must be used within this period. Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
7. Our Cancellation Rights
7.1 Coach Unavailability
If we need to cancel a session due to coach illness, emergency, or unavailability:
- We will offer to reschedule at no additional cost
- We will provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible
- If rescheduling is not acceptable, a full refund for that session will be provided
7.2 Service Discontinuation
If we discontinue a service you've purchased, you will receive:
- At least 30 days' notice of the discontinuation
- The option to complete remaining sessions with alternative coaches
- A full refund for uncompleted sessions if alternatives are unacceptable
8. Refund Request Process
8.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:

- Your full name and contact information
- Date of purchase and service details
- Reason for refund request
- Number of sessions completed (if applicable)
- Original payment method information

9. Administrative Fees
Administrative fees cover the costs associated with processing refunds, including administrative time, payment processing fees, and opportunity costs of reserved time slots.

- Full refunds (within 7 days, no services used): No administrative fee
- Early cancellations (within 7 days, 1 session used): 20% administrative fee
- Mid-program cancellations: 30% administrative fee
- Single session cancellations (24-48 hours): 50% of session fee retained
9.2 Fee Justification
Administrative fees help offset:
- Payment processing fees (which are non-refundable to us)
- Administrative time spent on scheduling, preparation, and cancellation processing
- Lost opportunity cost of time slots held for you that could have been offered to other clients
10. Special Circumstances
10.1 Medical Emergencies
In cases of serious illness or medical emergencies that prevent you from completing services:
- We may offer extended validity periods for your package
- We may waive or reduce administrative fees at our discretion
- Medical documentation may be required
10.2 Relocation
If you relocate and can no longer attend in-person sessions:
- We will first explore virtual session options
- If virtual sessions are not suitable, we may offer a pro-rata refund with reduced administrative fees
10.3 Unsatisfactory Service
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of service:

- We may offer alternative coaches or modified approaches
- If issues cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion
